Reporting, preview(*) and export capabilities of Outlook are great but they might just not be sufficient.  For Exchange GroupCalendar licensees we developed this powerful free export tool that might do the trick for you.

It enables one to export the GroupCalendar information to Excel or html and offers different sort orders and options. For instance many users find the Out of Office report convenient.

Try it out by simply running the setup on a workstaton with Outlook and Excel installed.
