Works inside Outlook

One Outlook team view - without another calendar for everyone to maintain.

Exchange Group Calendar builds centrally managed, filtered team views from the Outlook calendars employees already use.

For sharing one personal calendar, Outlook's native sharing may be sufficient. Exchange Group Calendar is built for organisations that need centrally managed views across multiple Outlook calendars.

A cluttered overlay view of multiple calendars sorted by rules into specialized group calendars.

Why team calendars become hard to manage

The appointments already exist in Outlook, but the overview is scattered.

Dozens of calendarsTeam leads lose time opening many calendars.
Incomplete group calendarsEmployees may forget to copy items into a separate team calendar.
Too much detailFull personal calendars contain information that is not needed in a team view.
Different team needsProjects, departments and customer teams often need different calendar views.
