Pricing and licensing

You do not have to license the whole estate. Only group calendars and the users who participate in those group calendars need a license. In practice, that means the users whose appointments are shared into the overviews. People who only view a group calendar do not need a user license. Example: 25 participating users and 5 group calendars = 30 calendars.

The license includes free support and software updates by email, telephone or remote desktop.
